Google will soon roll out two new snooze options for Inbox users

In an announcement made on Friday, tech giant Google has revealed that the users of the Inbox by Gmail email service will soon get two new snooze options. Google said that the new snooze options - which Inbox users have apparently been requesting for some time - will be rolled out in the coming week.

As a result of the forthcoming availability of the two new snooze options, the users of Inbox will be able to move emails out of their inbox, so that they reappear after a certain time period. Users will be able to set the appointed time for the reappearance of the emails to 'later in the week' or 'at the weekend.'

The preferred date and time for receiving the snoozed emails can be selected by Inbox users on the basis of their schedule. The new options for snoozing emails will be specifically useful for Inbox users who have different schedules on the weekend vis-a-vis week-days.

The two new snooze options will essentially give the Inbox email platform the capability to sort users' emails in a smart manner. In addition, the options will also enable users to look up their not-so-important emails at a later time, thereby ensuring that their inbox remains clutter-free.

With regard to the upcoming availability of the new snooze options for Inbox users, Google said that "Snooze is getting two highly- requested snooze times: Later this week and This weekend;" and added: "These new options should hopefully save you some time, and decrease the need to use custom snooze."
